Rocco Forte Hotel Savoy Florence

The best aspects of this hotel were its prime location in the city center, surrounded by high-end shops and just a short walk to major landmarks. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The hotel itself was clean and well-designed, with prompt and efficient services such as laundry and in-room dining.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with everything within walking distance, including historic sites, boutiques, cafes. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the butler. The panoramic city view from the room was breathtaking, and the food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. The attention to detail and service provided by the staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

Leaving the hotel, the room had to be vacated at 12 o'clock (which is normal). However, as we only fly in the evening, it is inconceivable that an establishment charging such prices does not have a room where it would be possible to take a shower and change clothes.

I had an amazing experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for me to explore all the attractions and enjoy the festive atmosphere. the room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only downside of my stay was the noise level. As the hotel is located in a busy area, there was quite a bit of noise coming from the street, especially at night.

I couldn't believe the perfect location of Rocco Forte Hotel. Being right in the heart of Florence allowed me to easily explore the city on foot. The hotel's proximity to popular attractions and the lively atmosphere of the Piazza made it an unbeatable choice for me. I also appreciated the sense of privacy and serenity I experienced during my stay. The staff, without a doubt, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The all-day dining restaurant was a true gem, offering delicious meals and drinks. I loved the fact that there were no carpets in the guest rooms and corridors, which gave a sense of cleanliness and hygiene. Walking through the small streets of Florence was a delightful experience I highly recommend. I had a lovely time at Rocco Forte Hotel and will definitely be returning.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, but still offers a peaceful and quiet environment. Room was luxurious with exclusive amenities and a stunning view. the Jacuzzi was relaxing and provided a great atmosphere to unwind. the Restaurant offered a wide variety of options and the in-room breakfast was spot on. Great coffee provided in the lobby and the snack bar was really convenient. Private facilities provided an exclusive and comfortable stay. Cons: the one issue I encountered was with the service. Although it was good, it could be slow at times.

From the moment we arrived at this magnificent hotel, we were greeted with exceptional service. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. During our stay in March, the central location of the hotel provided convenience without any excessive noise. Our room, with its stunning view of the Campanile, exceeded our expectations. The entire staff, from the doormen to the housekeeping team, worked seamlessly together to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spacious, with ample storage and complimentary WiFi. The nightly turn-down service, complete with mineral water and REN toiletries, added an extra touch of luxury. Although we couldn't make hot drinks in our room, the amenities provided were more than sufficient. The hotel even offered bikes for us to borrow and provided an excellent jogging and cycling route map. The buffet breakfast, included in our room rate, was of the highest quality. While we didn't dine in the restaurant, we enjoyed a delightful first evening aperitivo, complete with delicious small dishes. On the day of our departure, while it rained heavily, my husband took advantage of the gym facilities while I relaxed. The gym, located on a higher floor, offered breathtaking views. we couldn't fault the experience we had at this hotel. It truly deserves our highest recommendation.
